Inappropriate Behavior and Lack of Supervision At Lego Store
Today around 5:00 PM, I was in the shared play area inside your store with my 3-year-old son. Within approximately 15 minutes, we experienced two unpleasant incidents. In the first, another child’s parent pushed my son in order to make room for their own child. In the second, a different parent claimed the shared area belonged exclusively to their child and forced my son to leave the space. Due to the lack of supervision in the shared play area, we encountered this kind of behavior and did not feel safe or comfortable. I believe these incidents occurred as a result of insufficient staff supervision and the absence of clear rules regarding the use of the shared area. Therefore, I kindly request: Continuous staff supervision within the play area, Clear and visible signage outlining area usage rules, A formal apology for the inappropriate behavior directed toward my son and me. I kindly ask that the necessary improvements at your branch be implemented as soon as possible.
