I Found Sharp Glass Pieces in My Child’s Play-Doh Blue Compound

Tonight, I opened the Play-Doh brand modeling clay and started kneading the blue and yellow colors to soften them before giving them to my 2.5-year-old child. While working with the blue compound, I was horrified to discover three tiny shards of glass inside.
Had I not kneaded the clay myself first, my baby could have picked it up and played with it—possibly cutting a hand or finger. What would I have done if my child got hurt? And who would take responsibility for that?
We trusted this brand precisely because of its reputation for being safe for children, but clearly, that trust was misplaced. I’ve attached photos of the glass pieces, and I expect an immediate response from someone in charge.
This kind of safety negligence is absolutely unacceptable. I’m deeply angry and shaken. A product made for toddlers should never pose this kind of physical danger.
