Lefties Item Pilled After Few Wears—Store Refused Return or Exchange



I placed an online order from Lefties on December 29, and it was delivered on January 4. I wore the item a few times and took extra care to prevent pilling, yet it still started showing fabric damage quickly.
When I noticed the issue, I went to the store to report the defect, but they said they couldn’t help me. Due to personal reasons, I couldn’t visit within the return period, and since 30 days had passed, they refused both a refund and an exchange.
I’ve had this product for just 1 month and 22 days, and it’s already unusable. This was my first purchase from Lefties, and if I had known the quality was this bad, I wouldn’t have wasted my money.
I request assistance with my return, or I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Lefties, take responsibility for your defective products!
