My Free Fire account, which is linked to my Google account, was permanently banned on the fifth of last month. Since that date, the account has remained banned and has not been reactivated. The ban screen states that my account was permanently banned due to “abnormal activities” and shows my player ID 10669982585 and that the account level is 53. I confirm that I do not use any cheating programs, hacks or illegal methods and that I have not deliberately violated the game rules in any way. I believe this ban was imposed on me unfairly or by mistake. Therefore, I kindly request that my Free Fire account be re‑examined carefully and that the permanent ban be removed so that I can access my account again.
