The pliers on my Leatherman PS4 multitool broke, and I immediately tried to reach customer service using the listed service numbers. However, no one answers the calls, and I receive no response.
For a brand that markets itself as high-quality and durable, this level of customer service failure is unacceptable. The entire process has been frustrating and unprofessional, and it does not reflect the reputation that Leatherman claims to have.
If I do not receive a response here, I will file an official complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Leatherman, fix this! I expect proper support for a defective product. Has anyone else experienced this lack of service?
