Leatherman Requires Invoice for 25-Year Warranty – Unfair Policy

Leatherman advertises a 25-year global warranty, yet in Turkey, they now require an invoice to honor it. So, if I buy a product today, I’m expected to keep the receipt for 24 years? That is completely unrealistic and unfair.

What’s worse, if you bought your Leatherman abroad and it breaks in Turkey, the warranty is useless. A product that claims to have worldwide coverage suddenly becomes void the moment it enters Turkey.

This policy is misleading and unacceptable. Leatherman Türkiye, why are you refusing to honor the warranty as promised? I expect a proper resolution! Has anyone else encountered this issue? Fix this now!
