LC Waikiki Order Stuck in Preparing Status With No Progress
On April 19, 2026, I purchased a set of earrings and a brooch set through the LCW mobile app. Although today marks the 4th business day, my order still shows as “preparing.” What makes this even more frustrating is that another order I placed later, on April 22, has already been packed and is progressing, while this earlier order shows no movement at all. My order number is 2604191702479.
When I contacted customer service about this issue, I was told that stock was being checked and that if the items were out of stock, the order would simply be canceled. I find it completely unacceptable for a brand to openly say, “If it’s not in stock, we’ll cancel it.” First, how can you sell a product that is not actually in stock? Second, how is it reasonable to hold my payment until the very last day of the preparation period without taking any action?
This order, which is to be delivered to Ankara, has caused both a waste of time and a serious inconvenience for me. I request that my products be sourced and shipped immediately. Otherwise, my order should be canceled without further delay or excuses, and the full amount must be refunded to my account.
I also expect my complaint to be taken seriously and necessary measures to be implemented to ensure that other customers do not face the same issue. I would like to note that I will also be filing complaints with the relevant authorities regarding this matter.
