On March 22, 2026, I placed an order through Zara’s official website. Today, March 26, 2026, when I logged into my account, I saw that my order had been canceled on March 26 without any notification. I did not receive any email, SMS, or phone call informing me of this cancellation.
When I noticed the issue today, I contacted Zara customer service via WhatsApp. I was told that my order had been canceled due to insufficient stock. If there was a stock issue, I believe the product should not have been available for sale in the first place, and customers should not be put in this situation. Having an item appear in stock at the time of purchase and then being silently canceled days later results in both a waste of time and a serious loss of trust.
To resolve this inconvenience, I request that my canceled order be reinstated under the same conditions and that the product be delivered to me.
