I Was Treated Like a Thief After an Alarm Went Off at LCW Store

I am filing a complaint about the LCW store located in Silivri Vega AVM, Yeni Mahalle branch, due to an incident I experienced. On Sunday, May 4, 2025, after simply browsing in the store, the alarm went off as I exited through the AVM doors. The staff asked me to return to the store, and the alarm went off again. They requested that I open my bag, but I refused and demanded that the police be called, as I believed the situation wrongfully placed suspicion on me and that the store's system was at fault. When the police arrived, I stated that I would file an official complaint against LCW. I am still disturbed by the incident and never want to experience anything like it again. I don’t even plan to walk past that store in the future. I am a public officer, and I carry valuable personal belongings in my bag—I am not obligated to show them to anyone. People's privacy should be respected, and no one should be unfairly placed under suspicion like this.
