Lastminute.com Didn’t Include My Cabin Bag—Charged Extra at Check-in

I booked a round-trip ticket from Cologne to Istanbul for August 17 through Lastminute.com and paid extra for a 20kg checked bag. However, at check-in, I was told that my cabin bag was not included, and they demanded an additional €50 for it! Why wasn’t this clearly stated during booking?

I paid for my luggage in advance, yet I was forced to pay even more at the airport. This is misleading and unfair! From now on, I will only book directly through the airline’s website to avoid these hidden charges. Lastminute.com, you need to be transparent about baggage policies! I demand a refund for the extra fee I was charged!
