About a week ago, I purchased a Lancôme perfume through Trendyol, and it came with foundation and serum samples. When I used these additional products for the first time, I experienced severe itching and burning on my skin. This reaction occurred immediately after the first use and caused significant discomfort.
After this incident, I contacted Lancôme customer service. However, instead of offering assistance, they redirected me to the place of purchase and did not provide any solution. I found this approach very disappointing, especially coming from a global cosmetics brand.
I expect Lancôme to take a more sensitive and responsible approach toward customer experiences like this and to prevent similar situations from happening again.
My Trendyol order number is 10586963284. The seller was Lancôme itself, and since the products were purchased directly from the official Lancôme store on Trendyol, I do not believe that buying through Trendyol should negatively affect how this issue is handled.
