I Experienced a Severe Burn After Using La Roche-Posay Effaclar Serum

I purchased La Roche-Posay Effaclar Serum through Trendyol (#10060947425). After applying it for the first time, I experienced a severe reaction within about thirty minutes — my skin developed what felt and looked like a burn. I have never had such a reaction to skincare products before, and this was extremely painful and concerning. In response, I immediately applied ice to the affected area to calm the burn.
Since a long time has passed since the original purchase, the return or warranty period has expired, so I have not requested a refund or exchange from Trendyol. However, I believe that a product of this caliber should not cause such severe skin reactions without a clear warning or explanation. The fact that this happened on first use raises serious concerns about either product quality or batch safety.
I am requesting an official explanation from La Roche-Posay regarding this incident, as well as a replacement product, given the damage and distress caused. My complaint arose in Adana, and I expect the company to handle this matter quickly and responsibly to prevent other customers from experiencing the same issue.
