Hello. Back in March, I purchased the Lancome introductory set through Trendyol, directly from Lancome’s official store. One of the products in the set was the Renergie Yeux eye cream. Unfortunately, this cream caused intense itching, irritation, and noticeable swelling around my eyes after every use. I had high hopes for this product, but it ended up causing more harm than benefit.
Despite applying it exactly as instructed and using it consistently to give it a fair trial, the side effects never went away—in fact, they worsened. The reaction was so strong that I had to stop using it altogether. I believe there may be an issue with the formulation or a potential allergen not clearly stated.
I am extremely disappointed, especially given the price and brand reputation. I request that my grievance be addressed and that appropriate compensation or a refund be provided. No customer should experience this kind of reaction from a product meant for sensitive areas like the eyes. Please take this seriously and respond with a solution as soon as possible.
