Last week, I purchased a Lancôme serum cream from Hepsiburada, along with the complimentary sample products that came with it. Upon first use, the products caused severe redness, burning, and irritation on my face. I experienced these adverse reactions within seconds of applying them.
My order number is 428 640 086 6. I still have the product packaging and invoice. Following this incident, I left a review on the Hepsiburada website, but received no response.
I am requesting a full refund for the products and kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
