Lancome Renergie Yeux Caused Irritation and Swelling Around My Eyes
I placed an order for the Lancome introductory set in March via Trendyol, straight from Lancome’s official store. One of the products included, the Renergie Yeux eye cream, led to severe itching, irritation, and visible swelling around my eyes. I followed the instructions carefully and used the product consistently, but unfortunately, I experienced a reaction each time. I was really disappointed to feel such discomfort from a brand I had faith in. I was looking forward to a great skincare experience, but unfortunately, I ended up struggling with sensitivity that disrupted my daily routine. I would like this issue to be recognized and for a suitable resolution to be provided. It’s only reasonable to anticipate assistance when a product leads to negative consequences.
