On April 28, 2025, I purchased a Lancôme Idole mascara through Hepsiburada from the official Lancôme seller. Unfortunately, the product was defective from the very beginning. When I first opened it, the brush did not come out properly. I tried opening and closing the cap several times, but the issue persisted.
Because the brush would not detach as it should, I was unable to use the mascara at all. In fact, while attempting to use it, the product smeared and stained my evening dress, causing even more frustration. Despite being brand new, the mascara was completely unusable.
My order number is: 434 556 870 5. It is extremely disappointing to face such a problem with a product I could not even use once. I request an immediate product replacement and for my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
