I Face Bad Smell and Flaking Issue With Estée Lauder Double Wear Mascara

On October 7, 2025, I purchased the Estée Lauder Double Wear Mascara (Order No: 6914357336). From the first use, the mascara started flaking heavily and had an unpleasant, expired-like smell. This is highly unusual for a premium product like this and made me question its freshness and safety for use around the eyes.

The flaking not only made application difficult but also caused discomfort, and the odor was strong enough to suggest that the formula might have deteriorated or expired.

I contacted Estée Lauder customer service to report the issue, but I have not received any response yet. I request an exchange or replacement of the defective product and ask that my issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
