Lama Ludo Account Banned Without Reason, I Request Unban

My Lama Ludo account, linked to the mobile number 019759236** and ID 110441240, has been banned on my device even though I have not used any cheats or illegal tools.

I do not know the exact date when the ban was applied, but since then I have been unable to play the game normally. This is my main Lama Ludo account, where I have invested a significant amount of time and effort. I have always followed the rules and played fairly, so this ban is very upsetting and I believe it was applied by mistake.
