My Litmatch account, which I have been using regularly on my Android phone since 2022, was banned as of December 15, 2025, even though I did not violate any rules. Despite using the app for a long time without issues and in full compliance with the rules, my account was closed without any reason or explanation, and this has caused me serious inconvenience.
After the ban, I submitted appeals through the app and the relevant support channels, but I was not given any concrete reason and my account was not reopened. Especially since I truly believe I did not commit any violations, facing a ban with no stated cause feels unfair.
I am requesting that the ban applied to my account with LID ID number 3004157882 be reviewed again and that this access restriction, which I believe to be unjust, be lifted.
