Litmatch Device Ban Error Blocking My Account Access Without Any Warning

-As of 12:24 a.m. last night, I started receiving a “device ban” warning on the Litmatch app. When I try to log in, I see the message “This device is banned, please log in from another device,” and I am unable to access my account.
Because I received no prior warning and I am not aware of violating any rules, I believe this ban is unfair. I want my device and account to be restored so that I can log in to Litmatch normally from my phone again.
I request that my device ban be reviewed and lifted as soon as possible, and that my access to my account be reinstated.
