I Got Device-Banned on Litmatch Without Reason
I haven’t been able to log into the Litmatch app for almost a month, and this situation is extremely upsetting. I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong, yet I keep getting reported and now my account is banned—worse, it seems like my device is banned too. I’m completely innocent and have no idea what triggered this action.
This ban is unjust and has made me feel totally helpless. I’m a long-time user and have always followed the rules. I’m kindly asking the Litmatch support team to look into this matter urgently and remove the device ban. I truly feel victimized for something I didn’t do.
Please restore my access. I just want to use the app like before.
