Lacoste Fails to Fix My Watch in 3.5 Months
I was the proud owner of a Lacoste watch purchased from Aykaç Watch Repairs at Diyarbakir Forum when the glass on my timepiece shattered. Despite the fact that the watch was less than five years old, the warranty period had expired, so I contacted Aykaç Watch Repairs with the understanding that I would pay for the repair. I've been waiting for them to fix the watch's glass for 3.5 months, only to be told that the part is unavailable. Meanwhile, the same model of my watch is still being sold in their store as brand new. I feel cheated and outraged as a result of Aykaç's inefficiency and inability to provide adequate customer service. I demand that Aykaç Watch Repairs immediately rectify this situation and compensate me for the time and inconvenience they have caused me. Aykaç, time is of the essence, so tick-tock!
