Bad Merchandising And Service of Lacoste
I purchased a pair of shoes from the Lacoste Armada store on February 1, 2023. The right shoe caused injury due to a piece inside, and I reported it to the store. I could wear the shoes only three times. I first reported the issue on 08/09/2023, seven months after the purchase date, but it was rejected. The problem persisted, and on 19/09/2023, I applied again, receiving another rejection without any action taken on the shoes. I expressed my unwillingness to accept the shoes again and requested a reevaluation. On 05/10/2023, I believe I sent the shoes back, as the store claims. Lacoste customer service (4443736) stated they received the shoes only once for inspection. However, the information I received indicates my interaction with customer service on 12/10/2023 between 15:11 and 15:17. The shoes were returned in a dirty and stained condition. I complained during the purchase, but there has been no response. I demand a replacement with a new pair due to the continuous inconvenience and dissatisfaction with their service.
