Labranda Mares Marmaris Refused to Refund Unjust Charges

I booked a stay at Labranda Mares Marmaris from September 18-20 and paid a total of ₺7,000 on September 15th. Even though I sent them an email on the same day to let them know I couldn't make the reservation, they still went ahead and charged us ₺7,000. They said they would refund the amount once we provided a report. Now, they decline, claiming that we have missed the deadline. This is completely unfair, and I insist on receiving a prompt refund of my money. Reservation Number: 1014783.
