ETS Tur Fails to Secure Reservation Transfer at Labranda Mares Marmaris

I had a fully booked and paid reservation (Reservation Number: 112326237) at Labranda Mares Marmaris from September 11 to September 15, 2023. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I couldn't make it to the hotel, prompting me to explore the option of transferring the reservation, specifically changing the names of the parties involved. Acting as a mediator, I spent days dedicating at least 2-3 hours daily to facilitate discussions between ETS Tur, Labranda Mares, and myself.
ETS Guest Relations Officer Ms. N** informed me that the facility did not allow changes and escalated the matter to upper management.
After contacting Labranda Mares, both the reception and reservation units confirmed their approval for changes and the transfer of the reservation. Ms. C****, contacted on 06.09.2023 at 0252 4552200, explicitly stated approval for name changes and the transfer of the reservation for two individuals, assuring a follow-up call the next day.
Reaching out to ETS Guest Relations again, they stated that the upper management of the facility could only approve a name change for one person.
Despite securing approval through direct communication with the hotel, ETS Tur, in just 2 days and about 5-6 hours of actual conversation time, managed to leave us stranded. Their failure to coordinate effectively with the hotel not only caused confusion but also resulted in a unilateral decision, pushing us into a state of distress. I plan to share my detailed recommendations regarding ETS, including their marketing department, with my international business partners and travel agencies, emphasizing the challenges faced during travel.
