Etstur Refused to Transfer Me From a Lower Quality Hotel

We made a reservation through ETS Tur for ₺60,000 to stay at Palmira Beach Hotel between July 26–28, 2025. We requested to be redirected to a different hotel and did not ask for a refund. However, ETS Tur did not approve our request to switch to another hotel within their network, even though it was priced lower. As a result, we were placed in a hotel with negative customer reviews and serious service quality issues. We were very dissatisfied with the service we received, and the issue is still ongoing. Despite contacting ETS Tur, no solution has been provided. We urge ETS Tur to prioritize customer satisfaction and quickly resolve our issue by transferring us to another hotel.
