However, about 18 hours later, on August 24, 2025, at 15:15, I requested a cancellation due to force majeure reasons. My reservation number is 115312159. Although the reservation was for a date one month later and had not yet been used, when I contacted Etstur customer service, I was told that I had no right to cancel and that a refund could not be issued. Yet, not even 24 hours had passed since I made the booking, and I had paid a total of ₺39,945.60 with my İş Bankası credit card. I do not accept the refusal of my cancellation request made within such a short time due to force majeure reasons. The refusal to cancel an unused reservation made for one month later has caused me significant inconvenience. I request a full refund of my payment as soon as possible.
