I purchased a La Roche-Posay sunscreen from their official store, but when the product arrived, it had no seal, protective band, or hygienic wrapping whatsoever. Since I have sensitive skin, I didn’t feel safe using a product that came unsealed. I decided to request a return without even trying it, solely because I couldn’t trust its hygiene.
However, my return was rejected, with the company claiming the product was “not suitable for resale.” They then sent it back to me, but the returned box looked worn out, and the pump area had cream smeared on it—which I know wasn’t the case when I shipped it. I returned the item in perfect condition, untouched. If I had used it, I certainly would have cleaned off any residue before sending it back.
Trendyol support said they couldn’t help because the brand “submitted photos showing it was used.” But those photos don’t reflect how I returned the product. I’m being unfairly accused of using a product I never touched, and now I’m left with an item I don’t trust and can’t use.
I demand that my return be accepted and my ₺ refunded. I’ve been mistreated by both La Roche-Posay and Trendyol, and this issue must be resolved fairly and urgently. I won’t let this go unanswered.
