Hello, I purchased a La Roche-Posay sunscreen directly from what was listed as the official seller on Trendyol. Since it was marked as the authorized seller, I expected to receive a genuine product without any doubt. But now I’m extremely concerned about whether what I received is actually authentic.
When I scanned the code on the packaging, it brought up results that matched a completely different product. To make things worse, I found a complaint on Şikayetvar where someone else received a product with the exact same code, even though their purchase was made separately. This is highly suspicious—authentic products should not be sharing identical codes across different customers.
On top of that, the scent is overwhelmingly strong and chemical-like, not at all what I expect from a reputable skincare brand marketed for sensitive skin. The whole experience has left me seriously doubting the authenticity and safety of this sunscreen.
I urgently request La Roche-Posay to confirm whether the product I received is original or counterfeit. I paid ₺ expecting a trustworthy product, and instead I feel misled and concerned for my skin. If this product is fake, I demand a full refund and an official investigation.
