This was my first time trying a La Roche-Posay product, and I specifically chose the version for oily and sensitive skin, as my skin tends to be oily—especially in the T-zone. However, from the very first use, it made my face feel greasy and sticky, instead of helping control the oiliness. On top of that, it caused irritation and redness on my cheeks, and even worse, it triggered breakouts on my chin area.
I’m genuinely disappointed because I trusted the product based on its marketing claims for oily and sensitive skin types. I made sure to select the formula that supposedly matches my skin type—combination to oily—but this cream only worsened my skin condition.
Now I’m left wondering: did I choose the wrong product for my skin, or is there something wrong with this specific batch? I would appreciate it if La Roche-Posay could provide clarification and guidance. This experience has made me hesitant to continue using the product, and I would like proper support to understand what went wrong.
