BDG WIN GAME Did Not Credit My ₹5,000 Deposit Made Through PhonePe

I deposited ₹5,000 into my BDG WIN GAME account, but the amount has still not been credited to my gaming balance. I made this deposit through PhonePe on the 8th at around 2:11, and the payment was intended to top up my game account with ID 2067102.
The payment was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, which confirms that the transaction was completed from my side. However, even after the successful deduction, the ₹5,000 does not appear anywhere in my BDG WIN GAME balance, and I am unable to use the funds inside the game.
I contacted BDG WIN GAME customer support regarding this issue, but they only informed me that the money has not yet been credited on their side. Despite this response, I am fully prepared to provide all payment proofs, screenshots, and transaction details showing that the payment was processed successfully through PhonePe.
I request that my ₹5,000 be either immediately credited to my BDG WIN GAME account with ID 2067102 or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect the platform to properly investigate the transaction and provide a clear resolution without further delay.
