I’ve been using a La Roche-Posay facial cleanser, and to my shock, I developed burn-like irritation on my chin, around the corners of my mouth, and the left side of my forehead. My skin became extremely dry and painful, despite following up with Effaclar Duo+M, which I applied as directed after cleansing.

I genuinely don’t understand how this could happen—I moisturized after every use. Still, the product caused my skin to sting, flake, and feel like it was burned. I trusted this brand for my sensitive skin, but this experience has completely shaken that trust.

La Roche-Posay, I need answers. How can your products cause this level of irritation when used properly and paired with your own follow-up treatments? I’m requesting urgent support, a possible refund, and most importantly, a thorough review of the batch or product formula.
