I purchased La Roche-Posay Effaclar Gel through the Pazarama app, and the product was delivered to me today. When I compared it with the Effaclar Gel bottle I had previously used and finished, I noticed that the new product’s bottle has a noticeably lighter shade of blue. This has raised serious concerns for me about the authenticity of the product.
When I scanned the QR code on the bottle, it redirected me to a webpage. However, since I have sensitive skin, I do not feel comfortable using the product without being certain of its authenticity. I was also unable to find any system on La Roche-Posay’s official website to verify authenticity using a batch or serial number. My order number on Pazarama is 982953075.
Due to my sensitive skin and to avoid any potential risks, I request that the authenticity of this Effaclar Gel product be clearly and definitively verified by La Roche-Posay and/or Pazarama.
