I purchased the La Roche-Posay facial cleansing gel that I’ve been using for years, this time through Trendyol from a seller named Cansu Beauty, as order number 10217810254 on February 17. Since I had used the same product before without any issues, I bought it again with confidence. However, after using this product about four times, I started developing multiple pimples and sores on my face, and my skin became seriously irritated.
When I requested a return due to this negative experience, I was told that the product could not be returned because it had been opened. However, it is only possible to understand such a reaction after opening and using the product. Therefore, I do not accept the justification that “opened products cannot be returned.”
I request that this product, which has caused damage to my skin, be thoroughly examined and that my refund be processed to resolve my issue.
