On September 19, I purchased a La Roche facial cleansing gel for oily skin from Sachane.com. Shortly after I started using the product, I developed small pimples on my face. I immediately contacted Sachane’s customer service to explain the situation. However, they told me that they could not accept a product return and that I should contact La Roche directly for more information.
I then reached out to La Roche’s customer service, and they told me that this reaction was normal and advised me not to use the duo cream that came with the product. I followed their advice and continued using the cleanser, but after a while, my skin reaction worsened, and I began developing large, widespread acne.
I am now dealing with a serious skin issue and do not wish to continue using the product. My order number is 1386782. I am requesting a refund for the product and ask that my complaint be resolved promptly to address the harm and inconvenience caused.
