I am writing to report a problem I faced with a withdrawal from my 1win account to my Bank of Baroda account. On 09/05/2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹4,500 from 1win to my Bank of Baroda bank account. In the 1win app it shows that the amount has been deducted, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. It has been more than 24 hours since the withdrawal request, yet the ₹4,500 has not reached my Bank of Baroda account. When I contacted 1win support, they did not provide any proper answer or support, and I am still left without my money or any clear information about the status of this transaction. I request that 1win immediately credit the ₹4,500 to my Bank of Baroda account without any further delay, or urgently resolve whatever issue is blocking this withdrawal and confirm the successful transfer. I also expect a clear explanation of why this delay happened and why no support or response was given when I asked for help.
