Huawei TGR-W09 Tablet Corrupts Word Documents Since Purchase

I purchased a Huawei TGR-W09 tablet from Huawei’s online store in Türkiye in August 2025, paying approximately ₺14,000. I bought this tablet specifically to use Word documents during the process of writing my books. Shortly after the purchase, I transferred a 178-page Word document that I had been working on from my computer to the tablet via email and opened it in WPS Office. I saw that the text and photos in the document had shifted, the page layout was completely distorted, and the file had become unusable. When I tried other Word documents in the same way, similar formatting problems occurred in all of them, and I was unable to properly use any of my files. About a month after I bought the tablet, I explained this situation in detail during a customer satisfaction call made by Huawei. I clearly stated that I had purchased the device mainly for writing books, but because it corrupted Word documents, it could not fulfill its intended purpose, and for this reason I requested a return and a refund. However, they said they first wanted to try to resolve the issue and put my return request in the background. At different times, 4–5 different people contacted me, various settings and application tests were carried out, but none of these attempts solved the problem and my documents kept being corrupted. After a while, they completely stopped calling, and the process was left unresolved on its own. For approximately 7–8 months, this tablet has been sitting unused in a corner, as I cannot use it for the main purpose for which I purchased it, and it has essentially become useless to me. Although there is a one-year warranty on the device, I still have not been able to get a solution regarding this issue. On 6 March 2026, I sent another message and, after that, I saw that they tried to call me several times, but I could not answer these calls, and I did not receive any clear written decision about my return and refund request. Due to this ongoing and unresolved problem, where my Word documents become corrupted and I cannot use the tablet for its intended purpose despite repeated attempts, I request that Huawei accept the return of the TGR-W09 tablet that I purchased from the Huawei online store in Türkiye and provide a full refund of the amount I paid.
