Umingle Banned My Adult Account for Being Under 18 Incorrectly

I have been using Umingle as an adult user, but despite this my account has been banned with the allegation that I am under 18. For about the last one week I have been unable to access my Umingle account, and when I try to log in I see the message “You are banned” along with a Ban ID of d58d6*** and the reason shown as “under 18.” In addition, I am being shown an “Instant Unban” option for 980.31 BDT via secure payment through Stripe. I normally used Umingle from the internet browser on my Samsung Galaxy A13 5G. I do not believe I have violated any rules or behaved in a way that would justify a ban, and I am certainly not under 18, so this reason is completely incorrect in my case. Until now I have not been able to contact support because I do not have experience with such processes and did not know where to report the issue. I request that my account ban be urgently reviewed and lifted without any payment, that the incorrect “under 18” reason be corrected, and that my account access be fully restored. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this ban was applied and why a payment option is being shown for unbanning an account that has been mistakenly flagged.
