Hello, about 2.5 to 3 weeks ago, I purchased La Roche-Posay’s facial cleansing gel and began using it as directed. Unfortunately, I’m writing this with great disappointment and frustration—because this product has caused unexpected facial hair growth.
I’ve used La Roche-Posay products before and always trusted the brand, but this experience has completely shaken my confidence. The fact that a skincare product could trigger such a visible and distressing issue is deeply upsetting. I never imagined that something marketed as gentle and dermatologically tested would lead to this.
I am calling on the authorized seller and La Roche-Posay to address this immediately. What am I supposed to do now to reverse the facial hair growth? How will you fix this damage?
