I purchased the La Roche-Posay Vitamin C Eye Cream hoping it would brighten and hydrate my under-eye area. Instead, it caused an unexpected and uncomfortable issue: peeling around my eyes every time I used it. I’ve tried applying it both with and without a moisturizer or serum underneath, but no matter what I do, the cream flakes off and causes the skin to peel—making it completely unusable.
I’ve never experienced this kind of reaction with any eye product before, and I truly regret wasting my ₺, time, and effort on something that fails to deliver even the basics. For a brand that promotes itself as dermatologically tested and gentle, this is extremely disappointing.
La Roche-Posay, this product clearly doesn’t meet the expectations you’ve set. I’m asking for a response and a solution. Is this a formula issue? A bad batch? Either way, you need to take responsibility and compensate customers who’ve had this experience.
