I bought the La Roche-Posay C12 Serum hoping it would improve my skin, but instead, it caused serious irritation. Every time I apply it, my face starts to burn—even though I don’t put it near my eyes, it still affects the area under them. My under-eye skin became so irritated that it actually started crusting over. This is incredibly disappointing for a product that cost me this much (₺). I expected gentle care, not skin damage. Now I’ve had to buy a healing ointment from the pharmacy just to soothe the irritation this serum caused. I’m asking La Roche-Posay to investigate this product thoroughly and provide a proper explanation. I no longer trust it, and others deserve to be warned. Please respond and resolve this issue promptly.
