I recently purchased a La Roche-Posay sunscreen, and while the scent and absorption seem fine, I’ve noticed tiny glitter-like particles on my face every time I use it. I wasn’t expecting that from a product that’s supposed to be dermatologically safe and designed for daily use—especially one marketed as gentle and clean. Is this shimmer effect intentional? Because it’s not mentioned anywhere on the packaging or product description.
On top of that, the packaging is completely faulty. When I first opened the tube, nothing came out—no matter how hard I squeezed. I had to cut it open with scissors, and only then did the cream finally come out. But now, it leaks constantly when the tube is laid on its side. This is both wasteful and messy, and I seriously doubt it’s normal or acceptable.
La Roche-Posay, I need answers:
– Why does your sunscreen contain shimmer-like particles?
– Is the packaging defect common in this batch?
– Why isn’t this being communicated clearly to customers?
I paid ₺ expecting premium quality, and instead, I’m left questioning both the formula and the packaging. Please respond and clarify this issue. I expect better from a brand that claims to be dermatologically trusted.
