But when my package arrived, the shipping box was completely empty. The sunscreen I paid ₺650 for was missing entirely.
I immediately filed a complaint through Trendyol, but instead of a resolution, I received a generic and dismissive response. The company claimed their warehouse cameras show that the item was packed and shipped correctly, so they won’t take any further action. Frankly, this is unacceptable.
I have no reason to lie about a missing sunscreen, especially over an amount I clearly paid. Yet I’m being treated like I’m dishonest, while you ignore the fact that I never received the product. Despite following up, there has been no solution.
La Roche-Posay, I expected better from a premium brand. Ignoring a legitimate customer issue and hiding behind internal footage isn’t good customer service. You’ve lost a loyal buyer over this. I will never purchase from your brand again unless this is properly resolved and I receive the product I paid for—or a full refund.
