On August 20, 2025, I purchased a La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 SPF 50+ sunscreen from a seller named “Kozmocan” on Trendyol. The product was delivered to me on August 22, 2025 (Order No: 10445666473).
After receiving the product, I noticed something very concerning: the barcode on the outer box (3337875797719) was completely different from the barcode on the product itself (3612623733424). Although the packaging and content of the product do not show any visible damage or suspicious signs, this inconsistency makes me question the product’s authenticity.
This is my first time using this sunscreen, and I bought it based on recommendations, expecting a safe and reliable product. When I contacted the seller, they assured me the product was original, but they provided no official proof to explain why there are two different barcodes.
Given the prevalence of counterfeit cosmetics in the market, I am requesting official clarification and verification of this product’s authenticity. Customers should not be left with doubts when buying premium skincare brands.
I expect Trendyol and La Roche-Posay to provide a clear explanation and confirmation about whether this product is genuine so that I can use it with confidence.
