On Wednesday, October 22, I ordered La Roche-Posay Anthelios Facial Sunscreen from Trendyol, with order number 10612272514. The product was advertised as part of a promotion that included two 50 ml sunscreens and a complimentary makeup bag.
When the package arrived, I opened it immediately and saw that only one sunscreen and one makeup bag were inside. I contacted the seller through Trendyol right away to report the missing item. They responded by saying they would review the camera footage, but later claimed there was no mistake on their end and that the order was complete.
I want to emphasize that I did not touch or use the product — I noticed the missing item the moment I opened the box and immediately contacted customer service. Trendyol later opened an investigation and instructed me to initiate a return request.
I am not asking for a replacement, only for a full refund after I return the incomplete package. I am genuinely disappointed to experience such an issue with a well-established and reputable brand like La Roche-Posay. I find this response unacceptable and expect my refund to be processed promptly to resolve this matter.
