I recently ordered a moisturizer from La Roche-Posay, choosing the official La Roche-Posay seller listed on Trendyol to make sure I received a genuine product. However, what I got was completely different from what I expected. The package I received came from a brand called “Cosmolog,” not La Roche-Posay, and the product had no QR code or security seal—nothing to verify its authenticity.
This is unacceptable for a brand that promotes dermatological safety and claims to be high-end. When I ordered the same product before from a different seller, it had the correct QR code and protective packaging. Why does a product sold under the official name look like something from an unknown reseller?
This makes me deeply question whether I received a counterfeit product, and what’s worse, it came through Trendyol, a platform I trusted. This whole experience has caused me to lose confidence in both the brand and the shopping platform. Selling questionable products under the guise of authenticity is not just unethical, it’s dangerous.
I urge La Roche-Posay and Trendyol to take immediate action—verify the authenticity of this product, provide a refund, and investigate this seller. Consumers deserve transparency and product safety, not health risks in a bottle.
