Upon inspection, it has been determined that despite the information provided by the Hepsijet company, which you chose for your product return request dated May 22, 2023, stating that they delivered your returned items to our warehouse on May 24, 2023, the entire package containing the products did not reach our warehouse. Consequently, a compensation process has been initiated with the relevant company. During this period, communication problems were also experienced with the same company, and it appears that no response has been received by us as of 14.06.2023.
To prevent any inconvenience to you, during the continuation of the compensation process with the Hepsijet company, the cost of the lost products will be processed based on the information you provided during the day, and your refund will be reflected in your account within 24 to 72 hours, depending on your bank's procedures.
