Someone Else Is Using My Phone Number on Kwai Without Permission

Today, I installed the Kwai application on my phone, but when I tried to register using my phone number, I received a warning stating that my number is already being used by another account. Because of this, I am unable to receive the verification code and cannot complete the registration process. I have never previously created a Kwai account using this phone number.

Since my phone number appears to have been used on another account without my permission, I am unable to create my own account or use the application. My request to Kwai is for my phone number to be removed from the other account it is currently linked to and correctly identified as belonging to me so I can open and use my own account without any issues.

I request that the necessary checks be carried out regarding this matter, that my phone number be disconnected from the other account, and that I receive the necessary support to successfully create my account.
