Kwai Account Recovery Problem After Losing Access to Old Phone Number
I have been actively using my Kwai account for approximately three and a half years. Three weeks ago, I changed my phone number, and now whenever I try to log into my account, the verification code is sent to my old phone number. Since I no longer have access to that number, I am completely unable to log into my account or update my profile with my new phone number.
I would like support in regaining access to my Kwai account and having my new phone number registered to the account. Because my old number is no longer active, I request assistance in either sending the verification code to my new number or updating my phone number in the system so I can access my account again.
