Kwai Verification Codes Go to My Old Number and I Can’t Log In
I can no longer access the Kwai account that I actively used approximately two years ago. My account was registered to my old phone number, and because that number is no longer active, I have absolutely no way to access it anymore.
When I try to log into the application, my account information does not even appear on the login screen, which prevents me from accessing the account. Since my old phone number is inactive, I cannot receive verification codes to confirm ownership of the account. I also do not remember the email address I used when creating the account, so the only information I currently have available is my username and account ID details.
Inside this account are very important videos, photos, and messages that I want to access again. Considering that I no longer have access to my old phone number or email address, I kindly request assistance in verifying my identity through my username or account ID information so that my account can be restored or I can regain access to the content stored inside it.
